Is it really $1,500 total, or is that a deposit?
It is the total. $125 a month for 12 months comes to $1,500, and that is the whole cost of your website including the hosting, the updates, and the support for that year. There is no separate build fee and no money down beyond your first month.
What does unlimited updates actually mean?
You send us a change and we make it. New hours, new prices, new photos, a new page, a seasonal promo, a typo. There is no per change fee and no hourly billing. We are not going to nickel and dime you over your own website.
The one honest line: unlimited updates means changes to your site, not a second website or a rebuild from scratch. If you want a whole new direction we will tell you plainly and quote it.
Do I own the website?
Yes. It is your site, your domain, and your content. We build on your domain and you keep it.
How fast can it be live?
Under a week for most projects once we have your details. The slow part is almost never us, it is waiting on photos, menus, or domain logins. Get us those quickly and it moves fast.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Usually we rebuild rather than patch. Most of the sites we replace are slow, hard to edit, or built on something the last person walked away from. You keep your domain and your search history, and we make the new one better.
Do I need to write the words or find photos?
No. We write your copy. If you have photos we will use them, and if you do not, we are a photography studio, so we can shoot them for you as an add on.
What happens after the 12 months?
The 12 payments cover the build and your first year. Your subscription is set to stop on its own after the twelfth payment, so you are never quietly billed into year two.
Before that point we will talk to you about what continuing care looks like if you want us to keep hosting and updating. Nothing gets renewed without you saying yes.

¿Qué tan rápido puede estar en línea?
