Custom web and software for established businesses

A website that runs the business.

Booking. Payments. Customer accounts. Quoting. The tools your team opens every morning. Designed, written, and engineered in house by one Miami studio, then operated for you on a single monthly figure.

  • Scoped in writing before you pay
  • Built in house, never outsourced
  • You own the code and the data
$300/mo$3,600 total. Everything in.

  • Home services

Who this is for

We are particular about the work.

One studio, a handful of builds at a time, so we take the projects we can do properly and say so plainly when it is not us. Read both columns before you write in.

This is you

  • You book appointments, jobs, classes, or tables every day, and the booking still runs through a phone call.
  • You take deposits, packages, memberships, or retainers, and chasing them is somebody's whole afternoon.
  • Your crew runs the day off a whiteboard, a group chat, and three spreadsheets nobody else can read.
  • Your customers should be able to log in and see their own file instead of calling to ask about it.
  • You serve twenty towns and have one page that mentions all of them.
  • A platform takes a slice of every booking you already earned, and you would rather own the thing.

This is not

  • A new business still working out what it sells and to whom.
  • A site that only has to carry your hours, your photos, and a phone number.
  • Warehouse scale retail with thousands of items and live stock counts.
  • A marketplace where many sellers take payments from many buyers.
  • An app for the App Store or Google Play. We build for the browser.
  • Anyone shopping for the cheapest option on the board. We are not it.

The whole deal

One price. Software included.

$300per month

For 12 months. $3,600 total, covering the site, the software behind it, the hosting, and the support. Not a deposit, not a starting price, not a number that moves once we are underway.

A custom booking system on its own runs five figures at an agency, then a platform fee every month after that, forever. We build yours once. It lives on your domain, under your name, and nobody takes a cut of what it earns.

  • Design and copy. Built around your business, written by us, never a theme.
  • Booking and scheduling. On your site, in your name, no per booking cut.
  • Payments through Stripe. Deposits, packages, memberships, and invoices.
  • Customer accounts. Logins, history, documents, and repeat orders.
  • Staff tools. A dashboard, a job board, or an inventory screen for your team.
  • A real database. Your bookings and customers are yours, and exportable.
  • Pages at scale. A page per service, per city, and per neighborhood you cover.
  • English and Spanish. The whole site, both languages, one switch.
  • Connects to your software. Your POS, your calendar, your CRM, where they allow it.
  • Unlimited updates. The software counts too, not only the pages.

Photography and video are separate, priced below. Card processing goes through your own Stripe account at Stripe's published rate, and we never take a percentage of your sales.

Capabilities

The work happens on your site.

Every one of these is running today for a South Florida business. Take the ones that match how you actually operate and leave the rest.

Booking and scheduling

Customers pick a service, see real openings, and book. You set the hours, the buffers, the blackout days, and who gets which job. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own.

  • Appointments
  • Classes
  • Rentals
  • Tables
  • Estimates

Payments and packages

Take a deposit to hold the slot, sell a ten session package, run a monthly membership, or charge the whole thing up front. Stripe handles the card, the money lands in your account.

  • Deposits
  • Packages
  • Memberships
  • Gift cards
  • Invoices

Customer accounts

A login where your customers see their history, their documents, their next visit, and their balance. Fewer phone calls asking you the same three questions.

  • Member portals
  • Order history
  • Documents
  • Reorders

Instant quotes

The visitor answers a few questions about the job and gets a real number, or a real range, right then. You get the lead with the answers attached instead of a name and a maybe.

  • Price calculators
  • Job intake
  • Photo upload
  • Lead scoring

Tools for your team

The screen your people open first thing. Today's jobs, who is assigned, what is finished, what is outstanding, what needs reordering. Built around the way your operation already runs.

  • Dispatch boards
  • Inventory
  • Checklists
  • Photo logs
  • Reports

Pages at scale

One page per service and per city you cover, each written for that search, all built from one file so adding a new town is minutes and not a redesign. This is how you show up in the towns you drive to.

  • Service pages
  • City pages
  • Two languages
  • Review feeds

Behind the login

The software itself, blurred on purpose.

These are real working screens from systems we designed and wrote. They sit behind a password because they hold live jobs, customers, and money, so what you get here is the shape of the thing. We will walk you through any of them properly on a call.

Inventory and service

Every unit carries a QR code. A tech scans it on site and the whole history of that machine is already on the screen before the toolbox is open.

Project Leo

One desk for a whole restaurant operation. Bookings, inbox, reviews, ads, calendar, and assets, with what needs attention today sitting at the top.

Yours would be built the same way: on your domain, in your name, holding your data, and owned by you outright at the end of it.

Payments

Take the money on your own site.

A booking platform will happily take a slice of every appointment for as long as you are in business. We wire Stripe directly into your site instead. The checkout is yours, the customer never leaves your brand, and the only fee is the card fee.

  • Deposits that hold the slot. No more empty Saturdays you turned other work away for.
  • Packages and memberships. Ten sessions, a monthly plan, a season pass, with the balance tracked for you.
  • Pay in full or settle the balance later. Your call, service by service.
  • Gift cards and single use links. Send a client a link and be paid before the work begins.
  • Subscriptions that end when they should. The stop date is built in. Nobody is quietly billed forever.

How the money moves

  1. Customer books and pays on your siteCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Klarna where it makes sense.
  2. Stripe processes it under your accountOpened in your business name, with your bank details. We never hold your money.
  3. The booking confirms itselfYour calendar fills, the customer gets the receipt and the reminder, your team sees the job.
  4. You get paid outOn Stripe's normal payout schedule, straight to your bank.

Stripe charges its published processing rate on each transaction. That is between you and Stripe. We take nothing per booking and nothing per sale, ever.

How it works

We scope it before you pay.

At this level the build depends entirely on what you need it to do, so nobody signs anything until we both know what we are building.

  1. 01

    We get on a call

You walk us through how the business runs today. Where the bookings come from, where the money comes in, and what part of the week you would pay to never do again.

    Thirty minutes
  2. 02

    You get it in writing

We send back exactly what we are building, what it will do, and what it will not. If it fits the package, the price is the price. If it is bigger, we tell you before you pay a dollar.

    One to two days
  3. 03

We design, build, and wire it up

Pages, copy, the app, the payments, the connections to whatever you already use. You see it working on a private link the whole time and change whatever you want changed.

    Two to four weeks
  4. 04

You launch, we stay on it

We go live, walk your team through the tools, and keep the whole thing running. Updates and support are already part of the monthly payment.

Straight answers

The stuff you are actually wondering.

Is $3,600 really the total?

Yes. $300 a month for 12 months comes to $3,600, and that covers the design, the writing, the build, the app behind it, the hosting, the updates, and the support for that year. There is no separate build fee and no money down beyond your first month.

Is my business right for this?

The test we use: if your site only has to inform someone, this is more than you need. If it has to do something for them, book, charge, calculate, remember, or report, it belongs here.

You will get a straight answer on the scope call either way. We would rather tell you that your business does not need what is on this page than take the money and find out in week three.

What is not included?

This package covers one business, one site, and the tools that run it. Things we quote separately: a second brand or second site, a native app in the App Store or Google Play, a marketplace with many sellers taking payments, anything that needs a license we have to buy for you, and integrations with software that charges for API access or refuses to open one.

You will hear about any of that on the scope call, in writing, before you pay. We would rather lose the sale than surprise you in week three.

Do I own the app and the code?

Yes. Your site, your domain, your content, your customer data, and the code we wrote for you. If we ever part ways you leave with all of it, and we will hand it over cleanly.

Who pays the card fees?

Stripe takes its published processing rate out of each transaction, the same as any card processor. That is between you and Stripe, in your own account, under your own business name.

We take nothing per booking and nothing per sale. That is the difference between owning your booking system and renting one.

Can you connect to the software I already run?

Often, yes. We have connected sites to point of sale systems, ordering platforms, calendars, and review feeds. Some vendors open the door, some charge for it, and a few keep it shut. We check yours during scoping and tell you what is possible before you commit.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks for most builds once we have your details. Booking rules, price lists, and service areas are the parts that need your input, so how fast you get those to us decides most of the timeline. The website itself can go live first while the tools are still being built if you want.

What happens after the 12 months?

The 12 payments cover the build and your first year. Your subscription is set to stop on its own after the twelfth payment, so you are never quietly billed into year two.

Before that point we will talk about what continuing care looks like, since a site with software in it needs somebody watching it. Nothing renews without you saying yes.

Who am I actually dealing with?

Andy and his family. ThatsKrispy is a small Miami studio, not a call center and not a reseller of somebody else's platform. When you text the number on this page, you are texting the person building your software.

Start here

Tell us what it has to do.

Every build on this page starts with a conversation, so this is the front door. Tell us how the business runs today and we will come back with what we would build, what it would do, and a straight answer on whether we are the right studio for it.

Rather just talk? Call or text (305) 204-1940.

What are you thinking about? (pick any)

We read every one of these ourselves and reply within one business day. No newsletter, no lists, no sharing your details. See our privacy policy.

Stop paying rent on your own bookings.

$300 a month for 12 months, the software included, on your domain, under your name, owned outright. Tell us what it has to do and we will tell you honestly what we would build.

Let's make it Krispy.
