Getting the most out of your three hours.
A little coordination ahead of time makes a bigger difference than most people expect.
Do this
- Send a run of show or rough timeline a few days out, so we know when the key moments are happening.
- Point us to one person on site who can flag VIP guests or last-minute changes.
- Tell us if there is a shot list: a cake cutting, a ribbon cutting, a specific group photo.
- Book the date as soon as you have it. Weekends fill up first.

How long is a typical coverage session?
Most bookings run three hours, enough for an arrival, the key moments, and the crowd once things get going. Longer events are scoped on a call before booking.
Do you shoot corporate events as well as private parties?
Yes. We cover corporate mixers, grand openings, and conferences the same way we cover birthdays and engagement parties: candid coverage of what’s happening.
Can you shoot at more than one venue in the same night?
Yes. If your event moves, for example a ceremony at one spot and a reception at another, tell us the schedule and we can move with it.
How soon after the event do we see photos?
Preview shots land in your inbox within 24 hours. Fully edited, high-resolution images follow within a week.
Do we need to give you a shot list?
It helps but it’s not required. If there are specific moments you don’t want missed, a cake cutting, a ribbon cutting, a certain group photo, send them over ahead of time.
Can I add video to my event coverage?
Yes. A two person crew can capture photo and video during the same three hours of coverage, so you get both without booking two teams.
