Social media management, Miami

A feed built from photos we shoot at your place, posted on a plan.

Our crew shoots your product, your people and your space, then plans the calendar, writes the captions, posts and reports back. No stock library, no reposts with your logo on top.

  • Shot by our own studio
  • Captions that sound like you
  • A report every month

On the feed

Shot at the business, then put on a calendar.

Three recent builds, with what we made for each.

Restaurant

KamiKoi, a restaurant calendar built from real plates.

For KamiKoi we ranked 31 of her own photographs by content theme and laid them into a 14 day rotation tied to her weekly calendar, so each night’s post matches what the kitchen is actually running. Day posts carry only facts confirmed on that calendar. We also cut two reels of about 10 seconds each, one of the brunch spread and one of the bar, from color graded footage.

Roofing

Caston Roofing, bench work on camera.

Caston is a roofing fabricator, so we went to the bench. We shot trim cut to size and vent flashing capped and sealed, and cut those into two reels of 10 to 12 seconds. We also built an 18 tile feed grid in a planned order, mixing close-up work with the crew, with the newest post placed last so the grid reads right on Instagram.

Water systems

Acqua Fresca, one look across fifteen posts.

For Acqua Fresca we built 15 posts in a single consistent style: full photo, the headline set in the same condensed type, and a brand color shade behind the words that is set only as strong as it needs to be to stay readable. The set rotates between the team, the equipment and the water, and three short reels were cut from fresh footage.

What you get

A shoot, a calendar, a month of posts and a report.

  • Original photo and video, shot at your business for your channels, on a schedule built around what you sell.
  • A posting calendar you approve before anything goes out. It follows your real calendar: your open days, your busy nights, your promotions and holidays.
  • Captions written to sound like your business, in English, Spanish or both, to match who reads them.
  • Feed posts, stories and short vertical reels in the right sizes for each channel.
  • Posting handled for you, with comments and messages answered as they come in.
  • A written monthly report on what went up and what performed, so next month’s shoot is a decision and not a guess.

A sample week

What a normal week of posts looks like.

An illustration for a restaurant. The number of posts depends on your plan, and a service business has a different week.

  • Mondaya dish or product photograph from the last shoot, with a caption that says what it is and where to get it.
  • Tuesdaya story built around the night’s program, only on nights you are open and only with an offer you actually run.
  • Wednesdaya short reel from the shoot, cut to about 10 to 12 seconds.
  • Thursdaythe people. A team member at work, with their say, or the space before service.
  • Fridaythe weekend post, with one booking or ordering link that matches your website and your Google profile.
  • Weekenda story or a post from the room itself, if there is a shot that earns it.

Before a date goes on the calendar we check it against your published hours and your actual menu. A post that promises a dish you do not serve, or a night you are closed, costs more than a gap in the week.

How it works

From a short call to a feed that keeps moving.

  1. A scope call

What you sell, which channels you run, which nights or seasons matter. We also look at the accounts you have today.

  2. A plan you have seen

Direction, themes and the first month’s calendar, set with you before anything is posted.

  3. The shoot

One visit at your place, built from a shot list that is checked against your menu or your services so nothing is shot that you cannot deliver.

  4. Edit and approve

Photos and reels are finished and queued. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  5. Posted and reported

We post, answer comments, and send a written report each month. The next shoot is planned from what worked.

Who it is for

A business whose feed went quiet.

This works for restaurants and bars with named nights, service companies with trucks and crews, shops, clinics and offices with a team worth showing. If your Instagram has been waiting for someone to find time, you are the person this is built for.

It is not a fit if you only want a log of every post on a spreadsheet. We make the content, and that needs your business open to a camera.

Questions

Before you start.

Tell us which channels you run today. We will plan the rest with you on the call.

Who takes the photos and video?

Our own crew. Everything on your channels is shot for your business, not bought as stock and not reposted from somewhere else.

Will I see posts before they go out?

Yes. We set the direction with you first and queue every post for your approval.

Do you write the captions?

Yes, matched to how your business talks. You can edit any of them.

Which platforms?

Most often Instagram and Facebook. Tell us where your customers are and we will say honestly whether it is worth running.

What does it cost?

It runs on a monthly plan, with shoots at your place. The amount depends on how many posts and shoots a month you need, so we price it after the first call. Ask us what fits.
