Architectural & Property Photography · Miami, Florida

Property photography for developers, architects, and serious listings.

Built for developers, architects, luxury listings, and short-term rental operators, where the photography is a line item, not an afterthought. We light and shoot a property to show what it is, at a level a phone or a bargain listing package cannot reach.

What you get

Shot like architecture, not a walkthrough.

One booking covers the property from every angle that matters.

Shot with intent

Every room and angle lit and composed on purpose: verticals kept straight, light balanced, nothing rushed.

A crew that works at scale

Multi-unit buildings, full developments, and single properties all get the same standard of coverage.

Fast turnaround

Watermarked previews arrive within a day. Finished, high-resolution files follow about a week later.

Files that just work

High-resolution files sized and ready for marketing decks, listing sites, and your own website, delivered without any cropping needed.

Where we shoot

Developments, listings, and rental units.

Different buyers, the same standard of coverage.

New developments

Ground-up buildings and construction milestones, photographed for investors, marketing, and press.

Luxury and single-family listings

The kind of property where the photography budget is expected to match the price point.

Short-term rental units

Interiors shot to sell the space to a guest booking a stay, not just to check a listing requirement.

Before the shoot

What to have ready before we shoot the property.

A show-ready property makes the difference between good photos and great ones.

Have this ready

  • Vacant or staged, whichever the property calls for, done before we arrive.
  • Lights on in every room, including closets and under-cabinet lighting.
  • Surfaces cleared and personal items put away.
  • Vehicles moved off the driveway and street in front of the property.

Skip this

  • Shooting mid move-out. Empty rooms photograph better staged than mid-chaos.
  • Leaving equipment, hoses, or trash out for the exterior shots.
  • Booking before the property is show-ready. We can reschedule, a rushed shoot cannot be undone.
  • Assuming every room needs equal attention. A cluttered garage usually is not worth the frame.

Questions

Before you book.

What is included in a property photography visit?

Every room, straightened and lit, plus exterior and curb-appeal shots. Watermarked previews arrive within a day, finished files within a week.

Do you shoot new developments and construction?

Yes. We shoot ground-up buildings and construction milestones for investors, marketing, and press, alongside finished single properties.

Do you shoot occupied properties or only vacant ones?

Both. Tell us which, and we will plan the shoot around it. A staged, vacant property shoots differently than one that is occupied or mid-renovation.

How fast will I get the photos?

Watermarked previews arrive within a day. Finished, high-resolution files follow about a week later.

What areas do you shoot in?

Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Doral, Miami Beach, and the rest of South Florida.
